Across a career spanning over 25 years, Leah Caruso has been a dynamic force in brand development, marketing, cultural evolution and experiential strategy. Her career reflects a rare ability to shape iconic projects, elevate brands and create unforgettable experiences across fashion, retail, real estate and hospitality.
Fashion & Media Innovator: Leah began her career as Brand Director for Tim Gunn of Project Runway, where she built multi-platform strategies that redefined how women engaged with fashion. She co-hosted runway events alongside Gunn and partnered with CAA, Bravo and other media giants, ensuring seamless brand alignment across all initiatives and changing the way thousands of women experience fashion.
Transformative Place-Maker: She later played a pivotal role in the redevelopment of the World Trade Center, crafting marketing strategies and landmark events for 100+ retailers in the $4B Oculus, including the first event to be held in the Oculus in partnership with the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. At Hudson Yards, she oversaw events, activations and cultural programming for the $20B development and supported the grand opening of The Shops and Vessel through activations and operations.
Hospitality & Partnerships Leader: Leah served as Head of Events and Partnerships for one of the U.S.’s largest hotel owner-operators, elevating properties such as the TWA Hotel and The High Line Hotel.
