Drawing on over two decades of experience, Peter Rutti has advanced design excellence at the highest level, serving as Chief Design Officer for DLR Group and as a member of the firm’s executive leadership team and board of directors. He is recognized for his ability to integrate innovation, functionality and beauty into projects that elevate the human experience.

Design Leadership: Peter leads DLR Group’s integrated design practice, guiding a global portfolio while ensuring the firm fulfills its climate and environmental commitments through forward-looking, sustainable solutions.

Advocate & Mentor: A passionate supporter of employee ownership and professional growth, he has served as a guest juror at leading design schools across the West Coast and Southwest and as a faculty associate at Arizona State University.

Notable Work: His recent projects include the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center, Heard Museum Renovations, Shenzhen Opera House SD Competition and the University of Nevada–Reno Arts Building.
